Bioweapon?

I mentioned this in Episode 5. Could the US have attacked China to impact Iran? Now Iran is the worst hit in the middle east. They don't have the medical technology the US or China has, so this could become worse in time, maybe this is is what they planned. None of these countries you see here can handle an epidemic this large.
